My 46M and 144 are my favorite rimfires, with the 46M probably claiming top honors. I have $140 in it and it easily eclipses any new offerings in that price range.

I have 2 mossberg .22LR bolt actions. I can't speak to the quality of anything modern, but I can tell you if I had to choose between my 341 from the 70's or my 46B(b) from the 40's-50's I'd have to choose the 46B(b), its a much better gun and VERY accurate. The 341 just has too terrible of a trigger, with no easy way to make it smoother.
Anything newer and I don't have any cents to give. Steve |

Marlin makes a good quality bolt-action at a good price. My 925 has served me well over thousands of rounds and a number of years.
