you can prob get a factory one cheap in the EE.

The Tac Sol 16" barrel isn't really that cheap. They are somewhere in the neighborhood of $160. Great barrels if you can afford them.

I had mine chopped and threaded for around $60. I would think that just cutting one back and recrowning would'nt be that much. Try American Mfg'ing or Shadow Ops shop, they can do what you need done.
