18 3/4 collapsed and 21 1/2 extended.   That's without suppressor of course.

It’s quiet.  I don’t own a DB meter so I can’t give you any numbers.  The barrel is ported and Thompson Machine advertises it will keep bulk ammo subsonic... but I’ve only ran subs through it thus far.  Really no complaints here - but in all honesty, I don’t have any other .22LR cans so I can’t make any comparison.

Fair enough.  I have been thinking about a TM can for use with my full auto Norrell 10/22. I know they are rated for full auto but the only videos to see the can in action seem to be from the manufacturer.

I bought this Charger about 2 years ago, with a Kidd 10" barrel and some other nice upgrades.  I liked it but every time I shot it I was very underwhelmed, basically, it was kind of cool to look at but boring to shoot.

About a month ago someone posted a PMACA chassis for sale in EE, I bought it to try and give this Charger a new life.  I started looking through this thread and others for ideas and found a lot of good ones.  I had an extra Kidd single stage trigger I threw in it, a bolt from JWH, Kidd charging handle, SB3 tactical brace(for now), the barrel is the 10" Kidd stainless that I had cut down to 4.5", threaded, and bead blasted to match the bolt.  The only thing I'm not sure about is the SB3 brace, I may end up with a Gear Head Works tailhook mod 1 with the HERA SFU down the road.  I took it in the backyard today and it is a blast to shoot.  It's pretty quiet with bulk pack ammo and pretty damn accurate as well.

Brownells BRN-22 railed receiver and sporter profile barrel
PMACA chassis and carbon fiber FF handguard
Magpul MOE-K grip
Magpul MOE stock
Magpul CTR cheek riser
Tacsol Extended Mag release
C-more railway
VQ extractor

I'll tell you that I've already changed out the magazine release back to stock since assembling it yesterday; the long releases that reach all the way back do NOT work well with a pistol grip.

One of my favorites right here, a Ruger 77/22. Such a stout little action and solid feel. Picked this one up "used" for $325. Looked like it had never been fired, didn't even have dust in the barrel channel. Shoots great too.

CZ 455 purchased on-line from Academy Sports, picked up last night.  Weaver D6  Rimfire I purchased in 1984 while in Highschool; still have the box.

(not a stock ding, piece of a leaf, driveway shot, after I took the pic, I scrambled back to the safe to be sure, then went boating and lost it;) )

Ruger 10/22 Competition. Only had it out once, shot great with SK Standard Plus. I know the scope looks too high but it is perfect for me. I bought the scope used and it came with the mount. I was afraid it would be too tall but works great.

It’s a nice rifle. Not too heavy and balances well. I have only had it to the range once and it shot SK standard plus ammo very accurately. The downside is that I am having feeding issues with other ammo. It will not feed CCI standard velocity ammo at all. Shipping it back today to see if they can get it to function properly.

This is my 10/22 Tactical, started as a cheap plinker with $20 red dot. Morphed into this, think i have $800 into it now.

Factory stock, heavily modified:
-J.B. welded wood handrail scrap for a cheek riser
-Drilled a hole bottom front to add a sling swivel for the $20 bipod
-Drilled two holes left front so i could bolt on a polymer M-Lok rail i had laying around
-Camo paint purchased at Lowes, used a branch from a tree and a fan of tall fancy grass from my backyard for stencils

Factory barrel and flash hider and trigger

Bunch of Volquartzen parts inside but i don't remember which ones

Burris 1-4x24 TAC30 scope, cheap 30mm rings dont remember the brand, on top of a Tactical Solutions pic-rail

The light is a LuxPro LP600 V2 in a Vortex scope ring(34mm i think)

Put this together for shooting skunks and other vermin in the back yard. I was using an old Glenfield bolt action and holding a flash light against the stock. Killed three skunks that way but then i missed four in a row.... Built this thing and i havent seen a skunk since, but i know i'll get a woodchuck or two out of the garden at some point this year.Attachment Attached File

Is that an SBR or because of barrel length going inside you were able to keep it at 16? Can't tell

Thanks
Not an sbr, originally from the factory 18" barrel.  I cut and threaded to 16"+, than just added the FTF industries fake suppressor.
Front of supressor is flush with barrel.  Plus it added some weight, rifle was very light.  Had another spare fake suppressor that
I modded that fills  in the handguard

This is what i want to do, but i want to use an A2 upper as i do want the use of the A2 sights. What barrel did you end up using? It seems like the 16 inch with front sight base options are very small.
