Add a  Harris bipod and a Simmons 4X10X44 scope....otherwise looks the same as the Mach1's nice rifle above!

That's what I need. Which Harris model do you have?

It is the short universal one I believe. Looks like the ones you see on most of the ar15's on this site. I bought it so long ago I can remember the exact model number. I use the little bead type sling mount. The one that the detachable slings mount to...I use the same bipod on three different rifles. At about 80 bucks a piece I couldnt outfit all of my rifles with one.

Here's my 10/22 Magnum.

The only things different from factory are:
Green Mountain 20" plain barrel
Home-grown trigger job
VQ extractor & mag release
Power Custom Bolt release
WeaponKraft buffer
STEEL buttplate from brownell's ('cause ya never know when you may have to butt-stroke a zombified squirrel)
Nikon Pro-staff 3-9x40mm scope with BC flip-up caps (notice how far forward I had to mount the scope, because of the generous eye relief)
Haven't even had a chance to shoot it yet, because it was too windy for zeroing today, but there's always next weekend!

I built this after the handgun ban in the UK. Factory barrel cut down to 12" (legal there). The muzzle is threaded for suppressor (also legal there), but a thread protector is installed in this pic. I sold it when I moved to the US, as it is would have been an illegal SBR and Assault Weapon.

Shadowblade is correct.

It comes in a wood finish. I just used some left over camo tape to give it a little facelift.

why dont I put my money where my mouth is and post a damn pic?  because im stupid and i SOLD it!.....so i'll live vicariously through guys until I get another.

have any of you guys tried the ironwood dual action mag realease?  get one!  i tried several dfferent options before i went w/ the IWD one,  its long enough to easily manipulate and if you just push it forward it acts as a bolt hold device.  very cool.

If you are refering to my first post, the second picture is that of the MG42 kit.

If you are refering to my second post, then Randy (double_r76) has the correct info already posted.

You guys are killing me.
For years now I've seen all the cool 10/22 aftermarket gadgets and thought about doing something with mine.
I have a plain Jane, factory original, wooden stock 10/22 that my dad bought me back in the very early 80's, maybe even before.
Then I found the 10/22 forum and this thread.....so I guess I have no choice now.

This damn site has cost me more money
Great looking guns guys!
