warning!!!! second hand info

everyone says the trigger linkage is horrible. the sights are bad, and the optics mounting sucks as well. i wish someone made a good system, cause i think thats small of a .22 would be handy

I like mine !
There is some easy "clean-up" work that can ease the trigger pull, but it will be 1 to 1.5 lb heavier pull from whatever your rig has. The open sights are weak, but I use a red dot on the optics mount. Also, the RamLine double stack 30rd, is the only large cap mag that will work, without altering the pistol grip and the mag.

I'm not sure what stock you're talking about, but; "the trigger linkage is horrible"..."the sights are bad"..."the optics mounting sucks"
...Makes me think of the Muzzelite stock.
Although there is the IronWoodDesigns.com bullpup, it is rather EXPENSIVE!  I believe they have a AUG Steyre bullpup stock in the works for the 10/22, with a said low(er) price tag.

As of right now you are better off making a bullpup stock yourself.

I had a muzzlelite bullpup stock on a 10/22. My opinion..........it sucked big time. Sometimes the trigger would not return and I'd have to smack the back of the stock to get it to reset...I hated mine.

My $0.02

You have the stock screwed together too tight, especially around the trigger group.

Hey Hitman is that a 10/22 turned into A MG looking rifle?  The pistol grip looks just like a mkII.  yea it is a 10/22 I can see the charging handle is the same.  Is it full auto? BTW Ironwood designs has completed the Aug bullpup and is taking orders.  Goto www.rimfirecentral.com for links and more info.

It is a MG42 dress up kit. The 10/22 receiver drops right into the stock. and the fore-end goes over a standard barrel.

Fun to plink with.

As well as your standard 10/22. The kit slides over the receiver and barrel. Nothing is changed with the 10/22 action.
