I sent an email asking if they could give me an update for my June 5th order. They said they expect the plates to come in Nov 30th and I should get mine a week or so after that. They don't expect any delays.

My order was apparently misplaced, so it still hasn't shipped. Guess that is what I get for being a pest and asking about status.

26APR2020 Midwest Armor order arrived 20NOV2020.
Last week, I was frustrated with Midwest to the point I just ordered some L210's from TRex Arms. *That* order was placed 16NOV2020, and *also* arrived 20NOV2020. I understand 2020 was a crap year for everyone; broken supply lines, etc. However, how is it that a dedicated armor company takes SEVEN months to fulfill an order, and a smaller shooting accessory company takes FOUR DAYS? |

Interestingly, last week they told me there was an issue with my order but they would get right back to me. No answer after a followup email.

I rec'd a sale email today, which reminded me that have an order pending with them from 6/21.
I sent them an inquiry about the status of my order and will post any updates here. Fuck 2020. And just hope for the best. Maybe I'll get to wear them opening presents....... |

Emailed them this week and got this email back from them. I purchased on June 16:
How was your Thanksgiving? ?? Hesco just finished our order and en route to our warehouse, right now our ETA to ship to you is by 12/18. ? As always you have two options: ? 1. Stay with the order and we will ship those here by 18th ? 2. Cancel and get a full refund, we will also honor the price for the next 12 months or 25% off a single order |

Some good news. Mid-May order was shipped Dec 3rd, inexplicably lost by FedEx for 4 days and arrived today. "Preparing for shipment" was November 1. No damage in packaging.
Manufacturing date was September 28th 2020. |

“FYI we got the STX stock in (L210s) it brings us current with all orders AND we have quite a bit of sets (250) still left in stock.” |

I actually got my plates and carrier out this evening and did 2 miles in them with mags. I still need to finishing configuring the other items, radio, 1st aid & tactical treats.
Also: I see what multi curve is a thing. Had a button up lite Jacket over the carrier and the wife said I looked like a hunch back. |

They sent me an email and said that they are now 100% caught up with backorders for STX/L210’s and they’ve all shipped. Plates are in stock now and new orders should ship within a day or two.
