My March 20th order switched to "Preparing for Shipment" status on October 20th and it is still in the "Preparing for Shipment" status.

I sent an email 28OCT2020 to follow-up, and received a reply stating:
Team is currently shipping and we are expecting to get everything out by end of day Monday, and tracking as well, here so everyone has their plates next week! This is the only time I've seen a specific date mentioned, so hopefully that means they have a plan of operations to get these moved. |

I picked mine up in person this morning. Spoke with Chuck. Nice guy. I asked about Andrea and Aneta since I dealt with them via email. He said they are in the DC office so I didn't get to connect a name to a face with them. For the record I got soft armor from them not plates. I verified that they had what I wanted in stock before I ordered. I just didn't get over there until today.
I asked about the topic of this thread and he said they have some stuff going out today and tomorrow but I don't want to speculate to whom if anyone on here. I can't remember exactly what plates he said and I don't want to start any drama by misquoting him. I would just say stay positive and hope yours come soon. He did say that if anyone has lost faith they can get their money back, but when plates come in and you change your mind and want back in you go to the back of the line. Is what it is. |

Attached File Attached File Attached FileI’ll have to say the L210 plate is a massive improvement over a 4401. It’s feels 1/3 of the weight and 1/2 the thickness. If they made a L210 multi curve it would be ceramic perfection. Lol Very happy with this. Would buy a second pare if L210s without question. |
