5'10" 170lbs - assume a Medium is the size I want but I can find sizing info anywhere.

Measure the distance from one of your nipples to another. Then find the SAPI size that is closest to that size. I am somewhere between a medium and a small. I can also wear 10x12s comfortably. If you're not comfortable measuring your nipples you can also use your earlobes. That's about the minimum amount of coverage you need.

And from the clavicle notch to your navel. (roughly)

Carriers are sized to the plate, not to you.

It came in. Got a medium and it fits pretty good. Now to get some plates and mag pouches....been cruising the pic thread in here and YouTube for ideas on what's out there.
