I tried emailing Edge Works but didn't get a response.  Maybe someone here can answer my question.  I have a G-Code SOC holster for my Glock 17.  Without the cowl on the holster my M&P9 fits just like the Glock 17 does.  Anyone know if the body on these holsters are "universal"?  It seems like all the fit and retention is all in the cowl.

I have a few safariland holsters for glocks that fit M&Ps. They're very similar designs so they sometimes can fit each other's holsters.
