Even in SHTF I’d probably keep that in the safe

Completely serious.  Why the ?

There are several members of ARFCOM that have registered NFA destructive devices of...unique natures.  The grenade thing stemmed from a bet between a personal friend of mine with other ARFCOMMERs over whether ATF would approve it.

He, myself, and at least one other member here have NFA registered grenades.  Several of us (same 3 guys plus a few others) also have live 60mm mortars, an 81mm mortar, RPGs,  m203 grenade launchers...a few guys have Carl G 84mm Recoilless Rifles.

One guy even has a live landmine that is NFA registered.  Some assholes decided new MGs should be banned in '86, so we must resort to collecting other interesting firearms.

I definitely plan to grab one of their PCs if they release it in MC tropic. I snagged a black bank robber when they first dropped. I haven't got a chance to use it extensively, but like everything they release, it's well thought out.

I think it’s MT for “mixed tactics.”  That’s the one I’m holding out for, they’ve compared it to the chest rig as far as adaptability.

Like the belt, seriously thinking about transitioning to a slim belt.

What’s up with your safety? Should have to release your grip to activate it, is it cut down?

Yeah it's a hot seat to be in, I tell you what.

Looks like y'all were having some fun that night.

Got some gear updates for the thread I thought I'd share. I replaced the big Tactical Tailer GP pouches with a pair of Crye GPs on my MR Komodo. These are a far superior design and allow me to compress the load via the bungee cords. The material they used for these is similar to the stretchy softshell textile found in higher-end jackets from Arc'Teryx and the like.

I also just splurged for a new Spiritus rig. It's just like all the others but if you're trying to carry a pistol on this rig, just dump one mag and stuff that sucker right in its place. Works in theory but I haven't yet had it on the range. I'll report back. One thing I have learned with just practicing around the house with the draw and reholster is a rounded trigger-guard works best. The forward-hooked Glock trigger-guard grabs the elastic and doesn't allow for effortless replacement.

And here's a better look at my belt setup. I need to pick up a few G17 mags and carry those since they're a bit longer, which should make for an easier grab during reloads. Otherwise, I love this rig.

Does anyone have any good AK set ups? Ive seen a few topics on google searches, but a majority of the time they are a few years old compared to what could be out now. I run mostly m4 but I have AKs at home that I would like to incorporate into use. The problem I find is pouches such as tacos have ak rounds in the ak mags get caught on the shock cord. For pouches it seems the Soft Shell Scorpion pouches from GCode might be the way to go, but I hear their stuff has a tendency to break. My INCOG holster has held up fine but I could have been lucky.

Chest rigs such as Spiritus systems dont really work either unless its a bank robber chest rig.

Im looking for a minimalist loadout such as carrying 3 mags plus one, the option to be scalable to take a dangler pouch and expander wings that are typically from Crye or Spiritus systems that can hold MBITRs, water, extra mags, smoke and etc.... The only thing I can see is the new D3 Micro chest rig coming out.

Im also looking for some pouches that will work to be mounted on a JPC 2.0 placcard I purchased.

Have to be honest I run my 47 sometimes with my tacos and I don’t run into the issue of them snagging. Wish I could be more helpful. Maybe you’re drawing them at a certain angle which is making a snag more likely?

FUCK YEA SHOULDER FIRE THAT 240 BRO!!!

Very similar set up to mine. The only difference is I dont have a flatpack. I got a custom placcard made by some cool guy support personnel being overseas right now. Inserting and drawing 100 round nut sacks for the SAW is a fucking breeze compared to what I had before.

I run:

JPC 2.0
Custom SAW placcard
Spiritus Systems Hangar
Spiritus Systems Wings ( when I can use an M4 instead of a SAW for missions)
