Nothing fancy here.  Just a condor LCS belt w/cobra buckles (but I really can't say anything bad about it), safariland holster, BFG tq holder, esstac 5.56/pistol mag pouches, condor roll up dump pouch, TAG utility pouch, suppressor pouch, small med kit pouch.

Is that a Recon Medical TQ?

Those are made in China, FYI. Considering that a legitimate CAT is only slightly more expensive than the chinese knockoff CATs from Recon Medical, it might be a smart idea not to roll the dice with chinese quality control just to save ten dollars on something that's supposed to save your life.

Everytime i try to place a knife like that i end up moving it because it either gets in the way of drawing the pistol, or a bang my knuckles on it.

Somewhere around here I have a mid/raid drop on a safariland that I modded to slide a sheath attached to the belt thru/under, but its in one of pile of tough boxes in the garage.

I guess thats one of the upsides to being able to make the stuff.

This one was a test piece to see how a couple specific materials would work out and figure out what unknowns had to be taken into consideration before committing to making more with them

Currently its set up as a toy/accessory test platform, hence the ghetto extendo pics.

Eta, actually everything in the picture was either a test piece or pattern verification.
Its all got something "wrong" with it vs what the intended final product was

Maybe?  I can't rember.  Thanks for the heads up though.  I've got a few more hanging around here I can swap it out with.

I kinda thought it might be since I'm prone to including ridiculous stuff sometimes when doing photo, but there some guys who are dead serious when they do it.

And iirc, you'd probably carry one you made on a primary use belt that needed  a knife.

Is anyone running a SW MP2.0 5" with safety and with a TLR-1HL by any chance?

I am looking for Safariland holster recommendations.   I have one that I am running now using the qls but I am not happy with it being on my battle bet.  Its more of a concealed holster.

Front view,
Edge binding hasn't been completed because I don't trim them to final length until all the rest of the components have been added,

A wrapped holster was also requested,
Along with matching kywis and dump pouch

This has been one of my more "interesting" projects, as yardage of any tiger fabric isn't the easiest to come by,
And 90+ % of what pops up isn't nylon.

This one is polycotton, which means everything has to be reinforced with either kydex backer or at a minimum 330 cordura, simply to keep it from self destructing under any kind of load.

It will get the "micro molle" but even that was fun, because of.how thick the fabric is, you can't just sew it over normal webbing.
My answer was to sew it into :(basically a tube with the seam running down the center line, and gutted 550 cord running along the top and bottom

The fabric will "dress it up" and the internal 550 provides decent strength from.both the lod bearing and tear proofing standpoints

First Spear Belt
Tacos(trash)
maxpedition rollypoly clone(because they dont make anything in a camo!)
Safariland 6832(G19.5 Roland Special)

I need to swap to kywi's and get a belt mount ifak and a diffent mount for the holster because its slotted for 2" belt and mines a 1.75" belt. I really wish it was in multicam but this was literally the only color the website had in stock and the best price and was in stock so I may have the RG holster airbrushed MC.

One of the best parts is that it's actually a very effective pattern in my AO. If I could get all my gear in ahecam, I unironically would. If I ever drop this outside it's fairly good chances I'm never finding it again.

While "universal" to some degree, I've found my pistol taco's don't retrain my larger FNX, CZ97, or XD.45 mags very well.  Part of that is that they're taller and the metal is slicker, even with the shock cord locked down as tight as I can, they just aren't too secure.  I need to find a better option or my FNX mags as I've been running that more often in drills.  I'm going to try the gapped Esstac pouches again.  I don't really want to screw with the ones I have set up for standard Glock 9mm mags.

Never been a fan of Taco's, I hate anything bungee. Just a snag hazard is all it is...
I like the Esstac Emdom and Eagle pouches with Kydex. I'n not rolling around in the mud IMT'ing to the objective. So I don't need flaps. I want quick access with good retention. and I'm not switching out weapon systems and the matching magazines.

To me Taco's have always been a compromise.

Just my $.02

Thats a logical analysis, thx.  Since my belt is pretty much restricted to recreational range use or annual qualification they'll stay on the belt.

I blame you guys for this.

I was looking for something else and found the Bison belt in stock, and since I had some of the pouches laying around, and had just read a few pages of this thread, I figured I should do something constructive with my time and money.  Still not sure what I need it for, bit I'll figure that out later.

Ferro Bison belt
HSGI microgrip inner belt
Safariland on a True North MHA
Double gap pistol Kiwi
Single mid kiwi for the rifle mag
Single TACO for a multi-tool pouch
Maxpedetion midsize rollypolly
IFAK that's been in my range bag for years, don't remember where, or even when I got it, or what kind of pouch it is.  But It's #1 on the list to update and improve.
Key hangar that someone linked upthread for gloves.

And I've seen the way of one-wrap.  That stuff is the only way to go.

As some have said retention and "bungees" are just not a good way to do things.
I got them because of the it fits everything but it doesn't hold anything for shit.

Ive lost mags, reinsertion for re indexing sucks and the only thing tacos are good for is hold stuff thats not really intended for a mag pouch.
Mounting them requires tools like a screwdriver and pliers, the straps are crap, its over engineered and over priced and in the end of the day ive lost more money in mags from falling out than I lost on the price of the pouches.

After looking at a good bakers dozen pages in this thread it seems like the double pistol with GAP from esstac will fit with mallice straps on the molle of a BAG belt? I'd like to hear some opinions on this since esstac says it wont work.

@Andrewc_c
Looks good.

Pro tip:

Standard IFAK items won't fit in the BFG Micro Trauma Kit Now! Get the smallest version of everything. Also, make sure the gauze is flatpack. Finally, get this compact trauma dressing. It has a shorter tail and will allow everything to fit like in the BFG marketing pics. Before getting this bandage, the seams on the elastic were starting to tear out.

The entire kit outfitted with advanced loadout will be about the size to a 6" Israeli dressing.

Damn, I was hoping I could just swap some of my issued IFAK items around. I appreciate the info.

You can for the most part. Just know that the compact trauma dressing I posted earlier is a must-have if you want the other pieces to fit correctly.

I may just have to heat up the Kydex as the .45 mags are just a little too tight...
