I'll post some pictures when I have time, but.here are my mods so far.
Wilson Tactical +1 extension, I removed the sling mount. Wilson Tactical wave washer to secure the extension. S&J Hardware follower. Bead blast Express finish. Parkerized. Tungsten Cerakote finish. XS Big Dot front site secured by Loctite 380 Blackmax instant adhesive. Pedestal mount 870P springs in trigger pack. Using the polymer trigger housing. S&J Hardware safety. Mesa Tactical AR15 LEO stock adapter. KAK Shockwave Blade brace on a KAK Shockwave receiver extension. Note on wave washers: I tried one off the bay site and it was thin, flimsy, and ID OD were too.large. Get Wilson.wave washers, fit is perfect. Ordered a Tailhook Mod2 brace too. Pics to follow. |

That little fucker jumps on boom.
Im going with a vfg- looks like magpul mlok has a vfg. And a laser. To fire from low. I didn't enjoy shooting full power hunting slugs (bought cheap /stacked deep some time ago) in stock setup. I Thought it would shoot best like my mares laig- I was wrong |

The fugly Magpul foregrip went in the garbage... replaced with factory Remington grip.
Wilson +1 ext on order as of yesterday. SBS Form1 mailed off today. Hopefully by August/September I will be able to hang an actual stock on it.

I put a green laser on the top of my Shockwave and it has turned into the funnest thing I have to shoot. I slip my hand forward to activate it and then I have stupid fun. Broad daylight you won't see it but in a tree line or a cloudy day and you'll see it no problem. I've shot hundreds of shells just blasting cans, sticks, weeds, and leaves. Not only that but it will accurately send slugs down range from the hip too. I consider it the best thing I did for that gun because it tripled the fun factor and made it a lot more accurate and quick to shoot.

Picked up my tac-14. Yep its a jumpy little son of a gun. Scuffed up my right social finger with the #7 1100fps loads, put 5 #4 1200fps rounds and out right cut the social finger. I was doing everything I could to pull forward to compensate, all I succeeded in doing is loose my grip on the forearm.
I foresee a vertical grip with flashlight that I have on my ksg, and grip tape on the back grip. The than that I can see this as a very capable HD. Just have to keep it hidden from the wife for a couple days. LOL. I haven't had to explain the cut on the finger yet. I'll blame it on the eliquist. LOL |
