Any Class II manufacturer can make what you want. The "big" guys like Vang or Wilson / SGT may have some already made up, or many smaller ones can make what you want from a "donor" shotgun. The real trick is getting the CLEO signoff and then waiting for your paperwork to return.
Remington does not sell factory built SBSs to non-LE / military agencies...they are drop-shipped directly to the agency and the dealer never sees them, so you can pretty much forget one of those. Some info from Lee Minor's site...good guy to deal with... www.lrmfirearms.com/pages/664092/index.htm |

Start calling the major suppliers, Davidsons Etc. And ask if they will X-fer a SBS to your C3 dealer on a regular form3(No letterhead) Find one that will and has what your looking for in stock and your GTG...Udog
