Will most of the after market parts for the 870 (stocks forends and such) fit the 11-87?  I am most interested in the Spec Op stock.

No, none of the stocks are interchangable.  One is a pump the other is gas operated.  Side Saddle, over sized safeties, sight, slings will interchange.

Great shotgun.  I have a Remington 1100 I use for 3 gun matches / home defense.  Love it.
I've done a few upgrades.

I don't think so - the semi-autos have a bas piston in the butt stock.  You'd have to check with Knoxx, etc to confirm.

ETA:  Personally, I'm not a big fan of the pistol grip on a 12 qauge.  My accuracy and transition times are much better with a more traditional stock.
