Best source is to get your local dealer to order one from a Remington Factory Authorized LAW ENFORCEMENT Distributor.

Most factory authorized Remington distributors are NOT LE distributors, due to the legalities of selling 14" barrel Police guns.
For that reason, your local FFL Dealer will usually have to make a special order for you.  
Many FFL's just don't want the trouble, and may blow you off with a story about Remington not selling to "civilians".  If so, look for another dealer.

Here's several places that sell online, so you can at least get a ballpark price, and prevent being scalped by a local dealer overpricing it.
