the reason they don't like these, especially the integrally suppressed versions in california is due to the ease with which one can relatively unnoticeably(if using quiet or subsonic ammo) dispatch gang members, criminal detritus, child molesters, degenerates, all the way up to corrupt government officials using such a weapon covered in a brown paper bag or some other camouflage.

when looking at gun control, see who the most vociferous proponents are, these are the most vulnerable to gun violence by virtue of their place in society. so single mothers without a capable male protector and provider? yes. criminal legal and civil advocates(on behalf of criminals as in a proxy for criminals themselves) correct. politicians? absolutely.

Volquartsen bug bit. SS trigger, hammer, all internals it has as well. Plus a SS bolt release. Now we're done. Gun shoots fantastic with the trigger ~ 2lb.

I think I'm finally done with this one..

This one is done as well. I'm leaving the Apex trigger in.. it shoots fine. Trigger ~ 3.25lb

Picked this up recently, almost too nice for me to shoot.  Couple scratches here and there,  otherwise looks great!

My new favorite toy.  PPK/S with the new YHM Phantom 22 rimfire can.  I just didn't like the black OEM plastic grips that came on the gun so I opted for a nice walnut set. They were advertised to fit with no modification but I had to sand the back a bit as it was rubbing on the trigger bar.  Works great, looks classy and feels great in the hand.  I really need a tux and shoulder holster to go along with it

That’s clean. Big fan of the chop, red dot mount, grips and overall clean lines.

After 10+ years of gun ownership, I've finally bought a 22 pistol.  I've shot 22 pistols before, but I was never interested in them.  I didn't find them all that fun, and I didn't see the benefit of shooting them for practice.  Fast forward to now and I kept reading how a rimfire suppressor was a must-have.  I decided to buy a Q Erector on a whim and needed a host for it, so why not jump to the top of the pack.  Picked up this Volquartsen Black Mamba and I'm really liking it.  Went to visit the 22 can in jail and I had a blast shooting it.  I can blast through several hundred rounds at a time without feeling bad about it.

With the red dot, I feel that I'm getting some useful experience shooting it.  Didn't like the finger grooves on the hogue so threw some grips similar to what are on my 1911.  I'm thinking about getting an extended safety for it so I can easily ride it like my 1911/2011.  Threw a X300 on it just to see how it looks.  On day 34 of the eforms wait...

I have a few rimfire handguns, a 5.5" Single Ten stainless and my most recent, a stainless Target Mark IV, it wears a Dawson Precision fiber optic front and Volquartsen trigger and bolt upgrades

This has been in the family for about 65 years.  It was the ol' man's and the finish was pretty rough.   I think he'd be as thrilled as I am with the fresh cerakote my local gunsmith put on it recently.  Life's too short to be havin' ugly guns around!

This is a Combat Armory frame with Advantage Arms Optics Ready conversion 22 LR kit.   I added a Vortex Venom 3 MOA sight and it has been very reliable and fun to shoot.

What do you want to know?

The one on the gun is a Rugged Oculus in short mode.   This is probably my favorite can and it’s as quiet as my DA Mask and love running it on rifles in short mode. Only downside in my opinion is that it’s heavy.  That’s why I bought 2 Rugged Mustang’s which is the aluminum version that weighs a lot less.

The Siren is my lightest rimfire can.  On pistols with 3.5” and shorter barrels like the LCP22 and M&P Compact there’s noticeable first round pop.  That’s about the only complaint I have.  It’s a slick looking can.😎
