Ive been cooking this up for about a month or 2 now. My Kel Tec CP33, I like to call it the Poor MP7. Runs like hell, pretty damn accurate too. Easily my favorite gun right now.

Back into the .22LR game now that 2.23/5.56 & 9mm are like GOLD. I've been sitting on 10k+ rounds of 22, and just snagged another 5k. The weekly trigger therapy will continue!
Both Apex triggers are fantastic. I could not be happier. Also snagged a Rugged Oculus & Dead Air Mask 22HD. I've got another suppressor ready upper on the way for the Hunter. I'm not cutting the fluted barrel, way too purty! Not pictured is a black Halo CH ring from Ruger. It's on the gun, silver one ordered. They save yours hands from the bolt bite. My kid's 22/45 MKIII done.
 20200823_175512 by Slick_Rick77, on FlickrVolquartsen trigger and sear, Tandemkross LCI filler and magazine safety delete bushing, and a Majestic Arms Speed Strip kit. The trigger is now two pounds flat, the pesky LCI is gone, the mags drop free properly, and it's less of a hassle to get the bolt out. Disassembly on this one was tight! |

Volquartsen procured MKIV chopped & threaded upper back from Cerakote. Not a match to the SS at all, but it's silver. A lil 2 tone thing.
We now wait patiently for the ATF "please Mother may I" folks to bless me with my rimfire cans. Soon. Please..

Slight re-config for a better look. Swapped triggers between the two, and bought another set of Hogue black G10 grips. It's all about the options..

Thanks Outrider! It's growing on me.. definitely better with a 3 tone maximum. Wood & red trigger was just too much go'n on..
To give some idea of a suppressor cofig'd look, I slapped on the good ol' Canooter Valve. It doesn't do much for .22LR, but works wonders on AR shorties for what it is.. Photoshoot worthy on this one. I may have to Cerakote the Dead Air mask silver... Hmm.

I promise to stop hog'n the pic thread.. Nice shade pics. When I ordered the replacement Hogue G10 grips for the black build (that I robbed for this build,) I ordered SS grip screws too. What the heck. Man, does it look industrial! Like it needs to be the CNC machine shop gun. Love it. Adding the CV SS suppressor for photoshoots just makes it too. Can't wait for the proper rimfire cans to come home from jail later this year! Carry on

Just got an Olight Baldr to go with this gun; I think it fits simply perfectly and probably, the very only light/laser combo to fit (at all) on the P17.

I saw something neat at a gun show yesturday.
AMT Lightning with I'm guessing a 10 inch barrel.   I thought it was interesting so I did some reading when I got home. The rabbit hole led me to a Ruger Mark IV Target with a 10" barrel and now I want one really really badly. I love long handguns |
