I recently bought a High Standard Sharpshooter for $150.00 90% condition, smooth as butter. I want to find out how old it is. Any ideas?

Blue Book says 1971 to 1977.  Early models have Sport King on the left side of the frame.

Just google High Standard serial numbers.  HS is pretty easy to date, for the most part everything was in one series.

The High Standard Double Nine was made of some pretty bad metal.  I hope the semi is of better construction.  

By High Standard, I am thinking more like Rocky Mountain High.......
