Pretty good representation of shooting when you're body is depleted and hurting and your body's blood glucose is low and your eyes have a harder time to focus

I like to do burpees and sprints between shooting drills to induce some stress.  Makes easy shots hard.

Always either messing with Sheetrock or in the cold at a rough in. I am horrible at remembering to use moisturizer and crack and bleed constantly. Always had a dry skin issue.

Thanks for the nice words.  The Sig is a conventional .45 ACP:

I do like the 10mm caliber, though, particularly in 1911.

I do not care for my railed Delta very much.  Perhaps the love affair died when I got my oldest Delta back from Nighthawk.  Although in truth, it was always more of a passing infatuation then a love affair.  On the plus side, I got a little extra mass which very mildly tightened it up over my stock new Delta.  On the minus side, I don't really like the new roll marks or the decision to leave the frame flats frosted, and it doesn't fit in any of my railed holsters very well, because everyone has a slightly different flavor of rail.  I end up running either my Nighthawk or my Nighthawk'd Delta in bowling pin, and the NH Delta in USPSA.  I alternate carry between the NH Delta and the VBOB.  So there isn't really a niche that the Delta Rail fits into, other then my basic human covetousness and desire to catch them all.  (Pokemon reference for those of you who also have 8 year olds.)

Having said that, it's a pretty enough gun, and if you have a desire to run it with a light, it will serve those purposes well.  And Picture Thread:

i have been wanting to use my delta as a side arm for night hunting

I had wanted a delta for many years, after seeing the changes colt made at the 2016 NRA show, I knew it was time to order it. Soon after Colt started making the railed one...had i waited a bit longer, i would have just ordered that

I got a holster for my Wilson from Celtic Holsters.

I don't have a pic handy, but it's Crossbreed style, and a perfect fit.  Not to mention, considerably cheaper, and the bottom of the kydex is molded to cover the muzzle.

I appreciate the reference.  I doubt the rail will make it into the carry rotation, though.  I usually have either the Delta or the VBOB, and sometimes the Kimber if I am up to something where I don't want to worry about a high dollar gun getting scratched to hell.  That is a beautiful Wilson, though.  I have a CQB non-rail that I like quite a lot.  I swapped the spalted maple grips onto it this morning to get a feel for how they'd look on a blued gun as they were purchased for.
