New sights on my SRP. 10-8 0.125" rear with a custom Dawson fiber optic front (0.100" wide, 0.180" tall, and 0.040" fiber with a ramped blade). Turned out exactly the way I hoped.

I've had this one for a while but I broke it out of the safe for a new pic.

Colt 1991A1 ORM with some work by the Colt Custom Shop.

Full de-horn
Gold Cup cuts on the front of the grip
Pony stamped on the slide
Refinish in matte blue

I fitted a short trigger, arched MSH with lanyard loop, wide 1911 hammer, hardball sights, and a 1911 small safety before the trip to Colt.  It's also wearing Spresser Knife Works Sambar Stag grips.

It does get shot (as the trigger wear attests) and it's smooth like butter.

Here she is with her Colt siblings (top row, one in from the right):

(I love whoring that picture out!)

ETA - I'll post pictures of the Officers Match set later (Top row, fourth in from right).  Yes, I have the original grips for it.  It has been shot but is in great shape.  One of 350 from 1988.

Here's the Officers Match:

One of 350 built.  Came as a matched set with the serial numbers on both slides.  I've got Spresser Knife Works buffalo horn grips on it and the original custom shop grips in the bag.  The foam in the case is a little worse for wear.  It was already fired by the time I got my hands on it so I've put a little through both slides.  The 5" slide shoots like a regular Gold Cup.  With the Officers slide on its snappier but of course has a great trigger.  I've even carried it a few times with the Officers slide on "just because".

A little closer shot:

I'll try and post up pics of the rest of the collection as time allows.

I was farting about with the hipster filters on my phone.    My lightly-modified SA 1911-GI (modifications include a dot of yellow modeling paint on the front sight)
I've been carrying it for probably 12 years, apart from an exact-to-the-day year between when it was stolen from my apartment and when I got it back from the ATF.  IDK how many rounds through it, but I've replaced the springs once.  I should probably send it in to SA for a refinish, as it gets a bit of corrosion from me sweating on it.
