What do you guys use for that? It's a hard to reach spot and I don't use any spray solvents. I have used the old Hoppe's no. 9 for years and would hate to change now. On that note, does anybody here think other solvents are truely superior to ol' reliable? Thanks.

A shot of SuperTech 2000 carb cleaner (non-methanol) from Walmart will clear that right up, (use the little red tube that comes w/ the carb cleaner)

I use a water-based cleaner and a Q-tip.

I have used a lot of solvents, but I'm currently a big fan of Blue Wonder's bore cleaner. It's the best thing I've used for cleaning barrels.

For the rest of the gun, I usually use CLP.

I use a regular old Q-tip to clean mine.

I like those medical Q-tips with the wooden shaft! I have stockpiles of them from my old companies First Aid kit!

I also use those when I can find them. I usually snag a box from work.

I double up a pipe cleaner and soak it in Hoppe's Number 9. I can also draw that single width pipe cleaner through the firing pin hole to remove build up there. A clean one with a bit of light lube can be used to lightly oil the surfaces.

I just dip a Q-tip and push it back & forthe a few times, clean up with the opposite end of the Q-tip; and follow up with a pipe cleaner. And you're done. Personally, I've found a lot of quank in there, but I don't clean it every time, maybe after 2-3 cleanings I do the FP channel.
