Anyone run these with thier mags? I like the idea of move padding there to slame the mag home into the well..
or are they a solution to a non-existant problem?

Only because I have a mag well on the gun. I would not run them if I had no mag well. You can I have have sent those pads flying down range at more than one IDPA match. There real easy to strip off without a mag well.
