Say you wanted to build a rimfire 1911.

Say you picked out the Jarvis conversion kit because of its steel slide and last round hold-open feature:

Do I have to buy a frame from Caspian or Essex, then get a parts kit or is there a manufacturer that offers 100% complete lowers (preferrably in stainless with a flat mainspring housing)?
