I hate not having a military veteran 1911
I hate not having a delta elite 10mm I hate not having a Grizzly 45 win mag I hate not having a pre ww2 commercial colt I hate not having a 38 super 1911 I hate knowing the .gov destroyed thousands of 1911s But I damned sure dont hate 1911s !!!!! |

I like all pistols and revolvers that aren't horribly ugly, hit what they're aimed at, go bang every time and do what they're supposed to do. I like 1911's, Glocks, Berettas, SIG's, HK's, etc. I think diversity is good. For me personally, I do very well with all the pistols listed except HK because the grip angle feels weird to me. I just like anything that works and isn't a complete POS. Never tried a CZ or an HP, but I have heard great things about both. What's the point in hating a weapon that works ? Sure, flame away if it's a POS like a Lorcin or something, but otherwise, let it be. Or...get both.

I hate 1911's. I've had 3, and they all had problems.
I hate Glocks. They don't fit my hand well. That leaves the ONLY pistol worth having... the .40 Browning Hi Power. |

I hate it when people freak about the cocked and locked position. And even hate it more when they ask "where is the decock lever"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that I own four 1911's and I am going on a fifth, I really do hate all my other handguns (HK, Sig, Berretta, Smith).
I miss the days when the Colt Python, Colt Trooper, and Colt 1911 were the standard order of the day! Aside from my love of the 1911, I really do want a 6" Colt Python blued. They were so nice! |
