Looking at the completion of my M1911 Technical Library, I realize that I still miss two very important parts:

The Singer production study of the M1911 performed in the late 20s-early 30s
The Remington Rand Description of Manufacture for the M1911.

I have already accumulated an insane amount of documentation...but I don't have enough :D

Does anyone know where an available copy would be ?

My first guess would be the Ordnance Corps Museum, but last I knew that was all still in storage once it moved from Aberdeen Proving Ground to Fort Lee.

The Springfield Armory museum in Massachusetts would be my next immediate guess.

Tried The Library of Congress or The National Archives? They can copy to .pdf /CD for a fee.
