Stock or aftermarket?

Beretta and Numrich would be the first places I'd check for stock.

Most aftermarket barrel makers have them available for the Beretta.  OAI, Bar-Sto, etc.

Avoid the ones from Federal.  The ones who advertise in SGN and make them in extended versions with threaded barrels and such for Berettas and Makarovs, etc.

Its a long shot but long ago, I saw some beretta barrells for like 90.00 in the spotsmans guide catalog, they  were standard factory 9's but that was about in '98 I think.

Allow me to point out the obvious: check out Brownells.  If it's made, they'll have it.

BAR STO I have heard drop in users reporting 2inch groups at 25yds with these barrels (they are also offered ported and 6 inch ported.)

It's only twice the best prices and the BAR STO is at least twice as accurate as a stock barrel.
