Im looking for a .22lr under or around $200 bucks. I can find several semi auto rifles for less than 200 yet no pistols I dont really Like rifles other then my ARs and I dont want a conversion kit.
Ive found  the NAA and heritage revolvers but I dont like single action. Does anyone have any suggestions I want a semi auto or a double action revolver. Ive been told to look for used ones but around here the pawn shops dont have anything but garbage with rusty or broken internals and the shops around here Ive looked for the past year and havent seen any used .22lr's.

Awhile back I bought a  Semi auto Colt .22lr for 250$ brand new from the fun shop. Got a good deal on it though.

You should be able to find a revolver for a good deal... Shop around.

I don't know of ANY .22 handguns that can be had for $200 new that I would recommend.

If you look around, you can usually find a used last-generation S&W .22 auto in good shape in that price range - excellent .22s and vastly underrated IMHO.

But (also IMHO) the very best used .22 handgun you can buy for around $200 is the Ruger Single Six convertible.  (I bought one LNIB, SS, both cylinders last year for just under $250 out the door; I see unboxed ones in decent shape for around $200 all the time down here).

You should be able to find a used Ruger MkII or Walther P22 close to $200.00, maybe $250.

I bought my Browning Buckmark Camper for $220 + tax brand new.  It is very accurate and reliable.

I didn't realize they were that cheap.  They enjoy an excellent reputation - good suggestion.

are those the ones with no extractor?  i wonder if the taurus clones are the same in that regard.  they are probably cheaper too.

as to the single six yes they are great but they are single action and he has already said he doesn't much want that.

there are da/sa revolvers out there but most of them are snubbies.  charter makes one.

i got my mkiii at a gun show for $260 out the door.

I just bought a used Walther P22 for $214 out the door at a pawn shop. I got lucky, as it looks like less than 100 rds have been put through it.
