Is there an easy and safe way to remove the rock hard blobs of packaging glue stuck to the top few rounds in the box? Seems they're a little sloppy with their glue application when they seel the box up. I hate losing those 4 or 5 rounds from every box because of the glue stuck on them.

Scrubbing with the 'ole fingernail does the trick for me!

I keep my fingernails trimmed. And this stuff is stuck on like an SOB. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've never had a problem with the glue on the rounds except for one (1) single round of .223. Have you tried a pocket knife?

The last value pack I bought had four glued rounds. I didn't have the balls to shoot them. They are sitting on my safe like a freak show right now. It was pretty disappointing to find a problem like that. Makes me wonder about quality control at Winchester.

Hold a match to the glue till it melts off.

Get a 9mm. the 9mm WWB value pack boxes don't use glue.

Othewise, try nail polish remover/acetone. That is supposed to be able to release "super glue", so maybe it will work for this. Just don't use so much as to let it leak into the powder.

I have had that on a couple of rounds but only in the 50rd boxes, since I buy the 100rd packs I havent seen it. Just scrap it off and it will be fine, it will come off

Just peel it off, scrape off the little bits

Shoots fine, no issues
