Wow. Does Armalite really think the world needs another CZ clone?

You know, I might pick up a couple as they may end up being rare....

Wow, and here I thought we would be seeing something new. I already have a 75B and I'm planning on getting a 97B here in the spring. I don't see any reason to buy from Armalite over CZ, especially if the price is even slightly higher. CZ is also local to me (KC, MO) so if I ever do have any problems I can just drive 15 min and talk to them in person.

I guess the only good thing is that whoever buys their pistols won't have any problems with them. The 75's are notorious for running/shooting/working forever +1.

attack of the clones yay!

They need to offer a variation from the standard CZ lineup, like a built in mounting rail on the fullsize gun, or something along those lines.

It isnt even a CZ clone, it's a tangfolio clone. I would pass and just get a CZ. Will probably be cheaper and CZ's are outstanding as is

CZ is already proven, they are cheap, reliable and accurate. I havent really heard ANY complaints about CZ pistols. I'll take CZ over those anyday.

Why would someone pick that over a real CZ? The CZ75b is a top notch and reliable pistol that is already inexpensive. I paid less than $400 for my CZ75b Tactical. For this pistol to be in consideration it would have to cost even less. It would need to be in the high $200's to low $300's and to make it to a comparable quality, fit, and finish to the CZ. I doubt they will be able to pull it off at that price level without making it inferior in quality, reliability, durability, accuracy etc...

Armalite =

I mostly agree that this does not make the most sense. I would agree that I would love to have a CZ pistol. But when I could go get CZ tomorrow for $400 or less, why would anyone in the same situation buy an Armalite?

Now if they grow some balls and chamber it in a 10mm, I would buy one yesterday. IMHO, it would be a smash in that caliber...

Or 9x23???
