I finally got my unit back from Noveske threaded and was shooting it and it wouldn't feed more than two rounds at a time.  The mag springs are terribly weak.

I took the mag apart and substituted half a Ciener 30rd magazine spring in each mag I have and now it runs 100%.  I don't know why Kimber wouldn't have used a heavier spring to start with.

Those basepads are glued, you will need a vice or the edge of a workbench, screwdriver and hammer to drive them off it's a two person job as that little button in the basepad kind of needs to be depressed.

It was crazy good luck for me havving four extra ciener springs lying around.
