Anyone use one of these?

I don't have much time to get to the range anymore. I think this would be better than just dry fire practice and looks like fun. Obviously not a replacement for live fire.

Is this a good unit?

I've had one for about six months.  Works well in my G19.

It makes dry firing a bit more enjoyable.

I can't comment on the inserts. One issue is whether your gun is double action or not. I got this one:

It uses a "compact model" because my wife has little hands. (A Glock 19 is too big for her.)

It's really fun and seems useful. What I want is a version that makes noise but doesn't flash lights, so that you learn to watch the front sight and not look at the target.
