it is, dee-you dawn-ay save (save, as in "savings account").

I have stumbled around on this famous name forEVER.
But we have a Frenchman in our lab who currently lives and works in Belgium.
He recognized the name as Belgian right away, and told me exactly how to pronounce it!

Well, I've been getting the first name right, but had always pronounced the last as "sigh-eve".

That's one of those names I have always meant to look up the correct pronunciation of, but never took the few seconds it would have taken.  Thanks for posting this, really cool of you to think of doing!
