I picked up a SP-01 last week, CZ #5 for me. I wanted to convert it to SAO so I ordered the parts from Cajun Gun Works. I got the flat trigger, race hammer kit with the adjustable sear,  and new pins. Holy crap. The trigger and reset on this thing is unreal now. I'll take it to the range tomorrow. I can already tell this will end up being my 3 gun pistol this year. I was really surprised how easy this gun was to strip and put back together.

Have you changed any springs?

Just a reduced power trigger return spring. I did order some different recoil springs to try with my 3 gun loads. I was told by the guys over at Enos that changing mainsprings didn't have much effect at all on SAO converted pistols.

What specific parts did you use and what was the overall cost?  Any other parts?

I'm frankly only interested in SAO guns, and I'd love to know what it takes to convert one!  Might solve some of my issues with getting into CZ.

I did this exact stuff to a 75B.

This makes for a trigger that would be very difficult to improve upon.

Did you also the remove disconnector when you installed the trigger? I am thinking about doing this on a Pre B

CGW parts made my SP-01 a different gun to shoot, so much better with so little work.

Great pistols already; then made just a bit better even after the SAO trigger job. I have my beloved EDC "P-01" that I truly wish I could convert to SAO. But I've gotten so good at running it on quarter cock for the first shot, then single action for subsequent shots... that I'm elated with it even as a decocker model. I know my "SP-01" Tactical is in the same boat and cannot be converted; no problem as I run it well in training and games/idpa.

But I do have a 97B that I'm interested in converting to SAO and using the CZ Custom styled trigger in. Is the 97B convertible to SAO?

Awesome! Thanks Maynard for the confirmation and the pic of your 97B. Love that copper colored frame! All of my .45acp's will be SAO after the conversion so doing so makes sense to me. I'm going with the CZ Custom's style trigger because I like it so much on an in-law's 75-B-SA.

OP, nice job again on your conversion. This thread has piqued my interest in the subject and has caused me to convert my 97B as well.
