A friend is selling one. I can't find much about the FDE version, just Urban Grey.
When and how long was the FDE available?

Never seen one.

Every FDE I have ever seen was set up with factory Night Sights, not suppressor sights and threaded barrel.

Probably a custom run for a particular distributor.

As far as I know, CZ has not offered the suppressor ready series in anything other than their Urban Gray, though I have seen P07/09 Suppressor ready guns in black advertised for sale online. the urban gray can look like fde in certain light, especially since peoples' definition of "FDE" is as consistent as Hilary Clinton's stance on gay marriage. Take a look at it, if its on the lighter end, more of a sand color then its a CZ coating.
