I'm still waiting. I called once and the lady was a little snippy with attitude. It surprised me, because before that they (CS) were phenomenal.

I called yesterday, since I applied in May. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and told me that my .45, 1911 magazines are back ordered, but that I am in the system.

I'm currently on week 14. Confirmation received on 6/12. Still waiting. Sent an email this morning to see what they say.

It took them two weeks to reply to my email. I called and they told me that 7 round 1911 magazines are back ordered.

They confirmed receipt of my rebate stuff 6/17.
I received a confirmation email on 8/7 that said I should wait 8-12 weeks more.
I'm not impressed.

I bought three XDM’s about five years ago. 9, 40 and 45. I was promised a left handed holster for each model. A year later, I called and asked when they were going to send them. The CS rep pulled up my account and showed the information and then told me that Springfield didnt make them anymore and didn’t have any information saying that they ever would.

Can't remember the wait on the other one I did but I recall that it was roughly the same.
