Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Light options for XDS?

Have an XDS 4.0 that I'd love to put a light on, but the normal lights don't fit (XC1 would be perfect if it did), and I'm not a big fan of the idea of the TLR-3's polymer construction or funky battery.
What are my options?

Viridian C5L is about the only other option I'm aware of.

Had a TLR-3 on another gun in the past and it was very meh

All good, but why would you put a light on a gun that small?

I work nights, so as far as I'm concerned all of my carry guns should have a light on them. Size is irrelevant.

Ended up getting a TLR-3, seems very meh, like mentioned above, but also the best option available.
