I recently bought a BP Ten II and must admit I'm very happy with the performance of this weapon. I have been a diehard Glock fan but I really am happy with this new polymer 1911. In my opinion it combines the best of a 1911 with the polymer frame of a Glock. The 14 round hi-caps that I purchased with the gun have worked flawlessly after the first 50 rounds. I hope everyone gives this new polymer 1911 a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've checked the BP II's out at my gun shop and they are well made as Kimbers are known to be. I liked everything about them except the grip. It's too thick, too bulky, and too square. The grip is totally uncomfortable! Seems like Kimber could have contoured the grip a little more. I have four polymer frame handguns and they (Glock, H&K, XD, & Sig) are all contoured and much better fit to a shooter's hand.

At least it's a Kimber, and I know it will serve you well.
