I lost the vertical adjustment screw for my Mep adjustable sights.  Called kimber/meprolight customer service.  They're sending me one in the mail no charge.

That's customer service.

It's a long story, but the short version is I dropped my Kimber Custom II on the pavement and broke the mainspring housing.  Kimber shipped me a replacement for free, even after I told them exactly how I broke it.  Other companies could learn a LOT about customer service from Kimber.
