Curious if anyone has one yet - held this yesterday at BassPro and decided I have to own this, but not sure whether to buy the base version or the LE version.  Always been a fan of HD Night Sights from Trijicon, so not sure if I want to pay the extra $$ for sights I might not use.  Any pics would be appreciated!

Sorry this is all I got. That show the night sites good.
To me it was worth it for the sites and extra magazine.

I'd say get the LE version.  I got the regular version at the beginning of the month and really like it, but I do regret not getting one with night sights to match my full size version. Shop around online and you can find the LE VP9SK for 599 which isn't that much more for night sights and a 3rd mag with the pinky finger extension.  I think HK Specialist has it for 579.

HD XR's or regular?

The VP9SK has regular, the VP9 has XR's. Interestingly enough, I shoot the VP9SK with the regulars better at longer range 75-100yd. I think I'm just still getting used to the XR's though. I only have about 200 rounds on the XR's as I just got them and swapped the HDs to the VP9SK. I do like the bigger front dot on the VP9SK though.

The grey frame VP9 is new and getting an RMR and Triji raised sights. I blame the 6 mag deal

ETA: The bottom pic is XR's on a VP9.

To answer your question, the factory mepro's are great. However, I prefer the triji's and if you got the funds, I would get regular and throw on the triji's

So, after strongly considering the SK, I ended up going ahead with a new full size VP9 LE.  Got it new in FDE on Gunbroker for $500 shipped, and I'm hoping the mag rebate deal goes through even though it's a GB purchase.  Sent in all the necessary paperwork & receipts & I'll keep my fingers crossed.  I will definitely still get the SK, but with a potential rebate like this (only on the full-size) on top of a great purchase price, I had to do this now.  It's like buying a new Vp9LE for around $360 shipped (4 mags @ $40 ea).

Gimme a few weeks & I'll have the SK too!

I got the LE version and then changed the sights to TruGlo TFX Pro's.

Don't get the LE.  You can put the sights you want on it and get pinky plates for mags for $9.95 on hkparts.
