I love the P2000 but the ergos on the P-07 just feel perfect.  CZ mags are quite a bit cheaper too and Cajun GW makes hop up goodies if I desire.  I would get the cash and the CZ in the trade.

P07 mags are $40ea unless you know of somewhere that is less? There is no Mecgar mag available for them that I can find.


I paid $20ea for my P2000 mags.

I gave $395 OTD for a barely used suppressor ready P-07 so I would pass on the trade.

I have had both, and as much as I like the P2k the P07 just has better ergos. You'll like the P07 its a great shooter!

I don't know that I would keep the P2000 over the P07 but I don't think that the OP is getting a good deal in the trade.  I actually sold the P2000 and very much like my P07 and won't be selling it.

CZ was selling 07 mags for $36 with free shipping over the holiday when you bought a 3 pack.

As far as the reade, I think it's a push.  New 07s can be had for $425-ish plus shipping and transfer.  Say $450 total for easy math. $450 + $100 = $550, which us about what the P2000 is worth. So it really comes down to which gun feels better.

Hmmm, maybe I won't do the trade for that deal then.  I do really like the V3 and the fact that the control is on the rear of the gun as opposed to the side.  I'd never use the cocked and locked safety of the P-07, rather install the decocker.  I just remember holding a P-07 at a local shop one time and was blown away by how perfect the ergos were.  I run the L (rubberized) backstrap on my P2K now.

As far as mag prices, I was thinking I heard the P10C and the P-07 were going to share mags and CZ promised they'd be available for $25/per.  Guess either I heard wrong or CZ lied.

You may be right on the compatibility of the P10C in a P07.  If that does wind up happening that would be great!
