There may be an hkparts.net one on the EE that I have been looking at for $200 shipped. Just don't have the cash/need right now. It's also M13.5 X1 thread not 1/2 28.

I got the RCM barrel from HKParts. No issues.
and of course I had someone local TiN it up for me

I have a Silencerco threaded barrel in mine and never thought of it as "sub-standard". The pistol is more accurate than I am.
