AFAIK, there is no way to  get an exact number of RS stamped  1911a1s. Of the 34,756 Colts shipped in 1941 there were 3 inspectors: Maj. Charles S Reed (CSR), Col. Robert Sears (RS), and Col. Waldemar S. Broberg(WB). I will check Clawsons 3rd edition when i get home, but I dont believe that has the answer.
