I saw two CBP helicopter pilots at a BBQ place with P99's not sure if they were issued or personal but I thought it was interesting to see a Fed with a Walther.

At one time I believe the New Jersey State Police tried the Walther 99 (may have been the Smith version) but it was very short lived.

I love my P99 AS's.
I carry them often. Great size vs capacity. And no sharp corners, edges or polymids. John |

The Poleizei used Walthers for more than a few years IIRC...
