As per Bianchi web site, here's the
Answer Scroll down, and find "Model UM84II Universal Military Holster, II" in left-hand column. Click link, and then click the "Firearms for this Holster" button. Same holster as the M-12, issued holster. Remember, the M-12 was issued during the 1911/M-92 transition period, so it will fit either one, and other pistols as well. All this info is from original (Bianchi) sources, but since I've not tried every possible pistol listed in this holster, proceed at your own risk. IOW, I'm not responsible for possible Bianchi mistake.
Note that Bianchi offers
other models of their holster which fit a much wider range of pistols., as well as
revolvers Not cheap, since not often found on surplus market. BUT, not impossible, if one takes the trouble to find them. Rummage around on Bianchi's web site and write down the exact model number of their holsters that might fit some of your pistols. Go to gun show, and try to find one. It CAN be done, as I have done so. Be Patient.
These "Old-School" holsters have some
considerable merits. Silent deployment, unlike most Kydex holsters. Ambidextrous by design. Very protective. Very stout, but lightweight. Can be attached to PALS/MOLLE platforms as-is, or with dedicated PALS quick-change platforms.
Multiple mounting platforms, such as shoulder-holster, or chest-holster. With top flap removed, the Thumb Break attachment provides some security and a reasonably fast draw.
Not Top Tier nowadays, but Top Tier is not always Best Tier for many users.
Submitted for your consideration.
