That's a Safariland
Their holsters marked M3/M6 are all compatible with the Surefire X-series and Streamlight TLR lights. |

Your best bet for OWB duty type holsters is always Safariland, if you can stomach the price.

For Safariland...check out eBay. There are a ton of brand new or lightly used Beretta M9A3 compatible holsters on there. I picked up a brand new thigh rig w/adjustable light area for $50 (new in the bag). That's $120+ from a retailer. I also picked up a used one (no light) with ALS for $30.
