Anyone have a experience with the Deltapoint battery life while mounted on a handgun? Will annual battery changes suffice like an RMR or changes be much more frequent?

I've had one for several months now, used mainly only on weekends. I've had one battery go down, but I can't really say how long it lasted. It was the battery that came with the sight. I would probably change it out every other month, or so. If I carried it as a duty gun, I'd probably change it monthly.
