I'm not CCW  legal yet...  but I am starting to accumulate the gear.

I've got a holster and belt combo for my Gov't .45 from Dillon Precision.  Problem is, when I move I sound like I'm climbing into the saddle.  It has that characteristic squeaky leather sound.  I love the sound.  But, unfortunately, I think it will draw unwanted attention.  Any tips I should know?

Thanks,
Kent

Is it a new holster? It may just need some "break in" time to quiet down. Since you do not have the permit yet, just wear your gear around the house to help it break in....

That sound'll go away after you have the pistol in it, and have worn it for awhile.  I'm going to disagree with Elmer a little bit, though he's on the right track.  You should wait until you have a pistol in it, or it may deform and interfere with its retention qualities.
