We finally had a chance to get the 9mm done properly. Here are the results from a G17:

115gr. Gold Dot JHP @ 1415fps - 12.00" / .70"

147gr. Gold Dot JHP @ 1125fps - 14.00" / .66"

Was this with bare gelatin, or with a clothing simulant? Was this gelatin calibrated?

I wasn't there, but in past tests he used "10% ballistic gelatin provided by Vyse gelatin using all FBI protocols and 4 layers of denim and two layers of light cotton T-shirt in front of the gelatin". He's a careful, thorough guy, as his superb ammunition illustrates.

Yes, it is. Whenever someone does an individual chrono of his ammo, his figures are shown to be correct.
