I had a piece of a casing break off and stuck in my 9mm barrel. Ordered the casting alloy and thought it was gonna be easy. I plugged the barrel and filled the barrel. After cooling I tried to remove the alloy but I can't get it out. Any tips to get this out?

Melt it back out.

The alloy shrinks after initial pouring.
It then expands back to slightly over full size.

If it has been more than a few hours it is over size and locked in now.

The expansion is well documented to allow taking very exact measurements and adjusting them.
