Police trade in .45 first ever M&P

Picked this M&P9c up a couple weeks ago for a decent price.

Then picked this M&P9 up last week for another good deal. Also picked up a M&P Shield 9mm on a whim, but the wife said I had to wait until my birthday next week to get it.

My 40. All the goodies inside. Pushed out the rear sight to replace the 10-8's with HD XRs and snap. After looking closer the slide was worn pretty bad. But a few years and 10k rounds I was happy with it. Have a new performance center 9 slide on the way.

I've not seen one fail quite like that unless a vice and a hammer were involved, how did you push out the sight?

Looks like he was using a sight pusher tool. It's sitting at the back of the pic just out of focus.

Correct. Barely any pressure turning it. Not sure if it was 100% my fault, wear, or a defect.

Finally sacked up and stippled my M&P. Not as pretty as some of the ones I’ve seen in this thread but she’ll do.

Finally mounted my vice to my work bench and swapped out my front sight on my M&P9c.  Much betterer.

I’ve had this Shield 45 for about a year and a half.  Still shoot it better than my Shield 9.  Im wanting a new compact 9mm, between G19 and the 2.0 9c.

Just picked up the shield 2.0 40 model 11816. 3 mags, and factory night sights. Cleaned it, dry fired 200 times, getting smoother and the trigger is getting better. It feels like a heavier apex imo. Ymmv. My 40c has the apex dcaek with factory smith spring. Nice crisp light break, but the shield is right next to it. I have a feeling this will replace the compact for carry

2.0 in FDE with 4.25 barrel and Truglo TFX sights.  First time I've seen this model at the LGS.  Couldn't leave it there.

Technically counts.

And I just realized I still have portions of a chopped up M16 lower still in my box.

My 2.0. Dumped my gear after a long day at the range and figured a  pic was needed!

Decided I wanted to modify the ol' M&P.  Cut the beavertail, took the flare of the grip off, just cause, uhhhhh did an undercut so I can be sooper tacitical, uhhhhh stippled it and decided random ass shapes looked pretty footeristic a little...  Apex shit of coarse...  OH, and I hate logos so I melted down the Crimson trace logo and stippled the grip.  I left the S&W logo though... cause... I got lazy and... but... mommmmma.

Ha.  I can see how the description can lead one to think that the photo will hold such hideous images.  Thank you?

Bought the S&W M&P 2.0 9mm full size/4.25 yesterday.  Primarily for 3-gun, to replace my G19G4.

Very happy with it.  I had bought the 1.0 full size back when those came out but sold it, wasn't thrilled with it for whatever reason.
